MEET THE COACH
Jenny Paola Cortes
Jenny Paola Cortes is a Head Coach and roller speed skating judge with more than fifteen years of coaching and judging experience. Her background spans athlete development, national and international competition, and technical education.
Her career includes Head Coach at Avivas Sports Club, National Roller Speed Skating Judge for the Colombian Federation of Skating Sports, Coach and Judge within the Bogota Skating League, and Coach at Sliders Sports Club. She has judged national and international competitions, including the 2022 World Championship.
Through Jenny Cortes Skating Coach, she brings that experience to Sarasota with structured programs designed to develop skaters, future coaches and judges.

Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports from CENDA University Corporation, completed the Speed Judges Course at World Skate Academy, and attended roller speed skating judging seminars at the Colombian Skating Federation.
